The shoes have a composite toe, a ratchet strap system instead of traditional laces, and they're comfortable, durable, and good-looking. Customer service was excellent throughout the entire process and answered my questions quickly. I've been putting these shoes through heavy daily use at work, and so far they've held up great with no issues. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable and dependable work shoe.
